I ordered a Logi Bolt Receiver as I prefer Logitech mice over Apple mice and I prefer their protocol over Bluetooth.
I have been using a right-angle USB-C to USB-A converter to use a wireless mouse but really wanted a USB-C solution and the Logi Bolt Receiver does that. It sticks out slightly more but the receiver itself is much smaller and it's a nice solution. The tricky part of these things is to avoid losing them.
I saw a performance chart of the Logi Bolt and it's supposed to have advantages in security, performance, and the ability to work well in high-interference environments. It says that it doesn't work with older Logitech mice so I suspect you have to check your specific model to ensure that it's compatible.
