Hi all,

I've moved over to the logi keys and mouse and I love them but there seems to be lots of times when they drop off and disconnect for a few minutes then come back on again. Has anyone else had this issue or is anyone else having BT issues?

This has been happening for a while. I updated to the latest version of OSx this weekend and I still have the issues.

Thanks in advance!

Ben

use the unifying dongle. and try to extend it from your mac mini as close to your keyboard/mouse as possible.

I wish I knew if this was an Apple BT issues, or Logitechs? I’ve been using the dongle on my M1 MacMini from day 1 and I have not had issues. Never had issues with the same model Logi keyboard and mouse on my 2015 iMac via BT. So, Apple must be the culprit:oops:

I would think Mac mini being small is the culprit. iMac probably has bigger routing path for their wifi/BT etc so the interference is lesser.

I have a 2018 Mini. I use a Satechi Compact keyboard and a 1st generation Apple Magic Trackpad. And every once and a while yer Bluetooth connection drops for 30 seconds or so. Extremely frustrating. Then it comes back.

So it is not a Logitech issue.
