Logic 9

i Cant run logic 9 because i have os lion... what can i do??

i'm running logic 9.1.3 perfectly on lion.

Maybe reinstall Logic if you haven't already tried, and update it.

Run "Software Update" and install 9.1.5 🙂

If you want to install the Jam Packs, there supposedly is some workaround for it, since it requires PPC support.
