Logic board replacement, 820-2914-A vs. 820-2914-B

Hi,

Does anyone here know what the difference between the 820-2914-A and 820-2914-B logic boards and if the B board can be used as a drop in replacement in a machine that originally came with the A board?

EDIT: this is an early 2011 17" MBP.
