Logic Board Upgrade for iBook G3 Dual USB??

Hey Guys,

I have received a iBook G3 that my school was giving away for free. It is an iBook G3, dual USB that has a 500 MHZ processor, Mac OS X Tiger and Mac OS 9.2.2 in Classic, a non working CD drive and a semi dead battery (holds 11% charge and only charges when off). I have the good fortune of having access to a 900MHZ logic board with 32MB of VRAM. Can I upgrade the logic board, as right now the iBook has trouble rendering simple graphics, most likely due to it's 8MB of VRAM!

I would imagine so, I think they were all the same layout. It's worth a shot, there's not much loss if it doesn't work.
