After months searching for dead downloads I managed to track down a copy of Logic Express 7.2 (Universal Binary), it's missing the contents disc but a custom install is still possible. Someone with better knowledge than me could try to make this work maybe with the discs from the pro version already archived. I'm posting here as my previous attempt to upload to the garden was unsuccessful. (Link)

Also, this may be useful to someone. While the copy above has its own serials in another incomplete torrent I have there was this key for express 7.1:
C-337-VBN-170-KWJ-372-KHH-170-QTW-RFY
 
Good find, tested it on a PowerBook, it works. I have Logic Studio installed, so I had to unpack the .app manually, but I'll try to reinstall everything from the ground up later.
Interested to see if it's any faster than Logic 8.

You can upload to thr garden with FTP too. I can never successfully upload large files on the website either, but uploading to their ftp seems to work a lot more reliably.
