Logic for Pc and GarageBand

Will Logic pro for windows open a GarageBand file ?
I know that Logic pro for Mac will open GarageBand files, but Im not sure about Logic pro for PC.
Anyone ?

There is no Logic for Windows, and I would be extremely suspicious of anything purporting to be it. Apple have never (To my knowledge) released it on the Windows platform.

They haven't made a version of Logic since Apple purchased it from eMagic back in 2002. I don't know for certain but I would doubt it would be that backwards comparable not to mention cross platform support.

Oops.. I should have said Pro Tools. Sorry I had the two programs mixed up. Will Pro Tools for Pc open GarageBand files ? Without having to export and import one track at a time?

Sorry to be a killjoy but honestly everything that I am seeing is basically exporting the files man. A pain, but it works. Either .wav or .aiff when exported.

Why not use protools on both the mac and win ? Would be much simpler than exporting bounces.

If he is mixing someone else's project who happens to be using garageband as their DAW then I think this is out of the question.

Yip.. that's what it is. My friend has one daw system and I'm running garageband
