Logic freezes

Seems Like every other time I try to select a different software instrument in logic it randomly freezes! any suggestions?

What kind of mac do you have? What is the processor speed, RAM, HD space? Is it a cracked copy of logic or a legal copy? If it's cracked, that may be your problem right there. We need some more info to be able to help.
