Logic Pro "Internal Error"

I suddenly (first time seeing it) got this error on my MB M1 Pro 16" whilst working on a project on Logic Pro. There was about 5 tracks when it happened so I am a bit puzzled by it.

Has anyone seen this before and if so, do you know why I may of got this error / how to resolve it?

That actually might be the weirdest error message I've ever seen on a computer! Have you tried restarting the machine?

EDIT: Something tells me that this is a "general error" not specific to Logic Pro, but I could be totally wrong, so don't quote me on that one...

Search for the text in the message and you'll see that error has been noted for years…not that I understand it.
