Is anyone having issues lately with LogiCircle 2 and Homekit live streaming which has suddenly stopped working The native app works perfectly with notifications, recording and live streaming. However, recently in Apple Homekit, I have had some issues. The camera connects perfectly and notifications are working fine and pinging as message when someone comes to the door but attempting to view live stream just reports "Camera not responding

Is this happening remotely or in the same WiFi coverage?

How many different Home Hubs are you running and which is connected when this is happening?

If remotely, are you in a good coverage area?

Remotely as it’s controlled through my hub. I have three potential hubs...two home
Ids and ATV4. Currently one of the homepods is acting as the hub.
I haven’t tried from home yet.
I can control everything else....lights etc and HomeKit is giving me camera notifications when someone comes to the door but I can’t stream the camera live.
The native Logitech app is fine and I can stream from that.
The issue is happening on both my iPhone 11 pro max using ios13 and my iPad 11 pro running iOS 12.4.1. Both on different carriers

I’ve run into this issue only a few times and I’ve had them for a while. Currently 20 cameras in my system. What I found worked for me was resetting the Hubs. I have 5 hubs total but I found my One HomePod and my Ethernet connected ATV 4K to be the best performers. Try resetting your Hubs and see what happens. Sometimes I believe the servers at Logitech are weak but a notification appears at the bottom the Logitech app appears letting you know that’s the case.

A lot of users of these cameras reported this issue but they had it from the start.

Ok thanks. It’s strange that the Logitech app streams fine but HomeKit doesn’t. I will give it a try. If it doesn’t work, I will power cycle the camera and remove and add it back to HomeKit

Just a heads up, I’ve never had to reset or power cycle the cameras in this case, in case that will be too much of a PITA for you. Resetting my WiFi didn’t do much either. Resetting the hubs Worked 100% of the time though so that’s all I do to troubleshoot this issue, which again, hasnt happened too often.

Thanks, that’s useful. I will switch the huns off and back in again when I get homec and feed back to you

Cool. Would love to know how that works out for you.
I’m sure you already know but to test, just turn off WiFi. No need to leave town. Lol

OK so got home and rebooted the hubs. Made no difference so I tried streaming via wifi and had the same issue. Power cycled the camera, switched off wifi and tried again and hey presto, all working again :)
Many thanks for your advice and help

Awesome! Glad it’s working.... yes lol that’s why I asked if the issue was remotely and WiFi or just isolated to remotely. Had that happen both remotely and WiFi and I did reset the camera. Regardless, it’s working and that’s all that matters.
