Login Items Notification

I keep getting a popup that says 'Login Item Notification' seemingly at random, but very frequently (Like I got 3 in the last 5 minutes).

Does anyone know what causes these & how to turn them off? I'm running Ventura 13.2.1, but it's been happening for a while now, probably predating Ventura.

In the Notifications section of the System Settings, I have every single Notification option turned off, but these persist.

Try to remove unnecessary login items.

Thanks., I'll give that a try. The weird thing is that I'm not experiencing any startup issues, but I just keep getting those login notifications.

Hopefully removing something non-essential in the login items fixes it.
