login items take more than a minute to load

when restarting with the option to restore my apps upon login, all my last used apps load up instantly but my login items like dropbox, totalfinder, caffeine take about a minute to load. anyone else have this problem?

on a mid 2012 i7 macbook air 🙁

You may have an app loading that has a problem, or you may have something loading that you're not aware of.

Delete any non-essential items from the following locations:

• System Preferences > Accounts > yourusername > Login Items
  (Lion users: System Preferences > Users & Groups > yourusername > Login Items)
  
  
• /Library/LaunchAgents/ and ~/Library/LaunchAgents/
  (Lion users: In Finder, click Go > Go to Folder > then enter the path)
  
  
• /Library/StartupItems/
  (Lion users: In Finder, click Go > Go to Folder > then enter the path)
