I just notice I have these in my login items. What should I do with iTunes Helper Unknown? How about the HP applications? Is this normal for login items? Actually I never looked at this before. :)

The iTunes helper is there so iTunes will start automatically when you attach a iOS device. If you do not use that feature you can remove it.

I would check with HP on what the others do. I assume you have some sort of HP printer in use?

Just done this myself.
You need to delete that iTunes helper as its not working.
Right click on the iTunes application, then you need to open package contents then open the macos folder and drag the big blue iTunes helper app into the login item screen
