suddenly seems to be important since the last two ventura updates- sort of typical of apple, fix one thing leave a trail of residual problems for users to deal with anymore you need to be a qualified tekkie instead of a user. anyone know of two or three step fixit please and thank you

Your issue is not a universal problem. To help diagnose you really need to describe what you are doing when the popup appears, what it looks like (screenshot) and whether this is a once only issue or recurs. Also what Mac or anything non-standard in your configuration.

brand new logon and power on up for the day
