Resolved Login List instead of Name and Password after boot

On Yosemite I have it configured to ask for the Login/Password on the login screen, but this only seems to work after the first login after boot. When machine is first started it shows the login list instead.

Any ideas why this is? Is it a bug?

Think I got this figured out, seems to be because I have filevault turned on and until that first login it hasn't decrypted the drive.

Yup, that's the FileVault behaviour.
