Hi,

I have a macbook 13" retina display which it is configured to show every single user in my login window when the laptop boots up. In this case, it is my personal account and my office account.

There is another user in the company with the same machine that is not able to do so. I have compared his settings against mine and they are identical; however, when they get the login window he just can see his personal account and not his office account. He is doing mobile synchronization at login and logout.

Any ideas. Thanks, RG

In System Preferences/Users & Groups/Login Options
there are 2 options -

Display Login window as :

List of Users
Name & Password

Are both of your macs setup using the same option ?
