Tried searching but didn't find anything....anyway to speed up your cursor at the login screen? I find switching users the tracking on the cursor gets really slow? Thanks!

That's normal. It is because the specific settings of the user have not applied at the login screen.

Try this, in terminal:
defaults write -g com.apple.mouse.scaling 6
Make sure you don't have the mouse preferences open while you do this. Reboot.
