Login to websites dont work since upgrade

I guess, the iPhone upgraded to 9.3.2 3 days back.
Since then, when I trying to login to some website from Chrome or safari, it just refreshed back to the same page.

Its happening with all the website login pages.

Try disabling any ad blockers.

And private mode isn't being used? Cookies and all that are enabled in settings for the browsers? Have you tried restarting? Clearing data in Safari settings? Perhaps reinstalling Chrome to see if it would help it? Maybe resetting network settings if not even all settings?

worked. Had to restart everything.
