Anyone see something similar on their Logitech Doorbell? Looks like some water got behind the glass. It looks like three little bead circles of water. I’m no genius but I’d venture to say an electronic outdoor doorbell should have a good water seal and weather proofing. Then again, this thing can’t handle the sun shining on it either so there’s that.

Mine had the same issue. I returned and have a new one. The new one seems much better, but it still goes offline for it being too hot. When it works, this is great. But lots of time its gone offline. Hopefully a new version is out soon or something from a competitor.

I had to fight tooth and nail to get a warranty replacement, which I finally did. Mine was three days out of the return period. Logitech support told me it was normal for water to appear under the glass. I argued that you don’t see this with car headlights unless there is a bad seal and if water droplets get in front of the camera lens, behind the glass, I will have a distorted camera view that I can’t wipe away for however many days it takes to dry up.

Mine goes offline too multiple times a day but for a minute or two at a time. Pretty annoying but will have to do until they come out with a better version 2 or a competitor releases one. Looking at you, Eve… with Thread.
