My Logitech Craft keyboard is no longer recognized by my iMac. My MX Master 2S mouse is recognized, no problem. The problem is, I cannot log in since the keyboard isn't working.
Have tried the original magic keyboard that came with the iMac, no go either, only the mouse is working.
The Craft and the Magic keyboard are both charged so that's not the problem.
They're configured through Bluetooth.

I'm stuck at the login screen, Mac OS Mojave
How do I solve this ? I haven't got any other keyboard lying around...

Plug the magic keyboard in to the Mac with a Lightning USB cable and try using the keyboard/logging in. Perhaps some how the bluetooth settings got borked and aren't being recognized. Plugging the magic keyboard into the Mac should force a re-pair.

I had so many issues with this keyboard via Bluetooth that I sent it back. It worked great with the Logitech receiver. My use case was 2 MacBook Pro 2018 via BT and a Mac Pro via the receiver. BT would flake out regularly, and I would have a challenging time getting it to reconnect. One computer seemed to be more reliable than the other, but I could live with it, so it went back.

More recently, I tried the newer MX Keys (basically the Craft without the dial) and had similar issues on one computer.

My MX Master 2s mouse is perfect. Logitech can't get it right with the keyboards.

My MX Master 2S shows jerky behaviour, both with BT or the Unifying receiver... I'm normally very happy with Logitech products but they've messed up a bit here.
It's not just with Macs, I've heard similar stories from Windows users...

Therefore my question is: DID ANYONE EVER GET IT TO WORK?*

*not 'but'; 'if'; 'when' - Legit usage with 3 devices, seamless switching between them, no random pulses of the backlight (which whilst I wrote this post, by now interrupted my typing 12 TIMES)

Is there someone out there with: Nothing to complain about/ with a working unit of the Logitech logi Craft keyboard? If so, pls hmu
