Hey everyone! Nice to finally post something here after lurking for the last gazillion years.

I bought myself an 11 inch Pro recently for a steal and don’t feel like spending a sizeable chunk of that on the Pencil. I’ve been eyeing up the Logitech Crayon but can’t seen to find the answer to the following question:

Does the Logitech Crayon also benefit from the latency reduction that iPad OS brings with it?

i.e. is it also 9ms or is there some non Apple ‘cap’ so to speak?

Thanks in advance!!!

Logitech should benefit because it’s the same technology, but there’s no way to be sure without testing.

If you check EBay, you can find open box or used Apple pencils for $80-90.

I’d like the same thing answered. Thanks for posting this up!
So in the end I went and bought one. My partner has an Apple Pencil 2 and I made slo-mo videos of both of them in action. I couldn't see any difference between the two. But at the capture speeds I'm not sure if it's something you'd notice.

Regardless, to my (relatively) young eye, they seemed the same. Hope this helps!
