is there supposed to be a gap on the bezel? i have like a mm gap but i can press the volume keys without any issues.

let me know

Yeah, mine has a major gap as well... I don't think I snapped it in right, so as to prevent damaging it. I just set it in and start typing away. It's kind of a weird case, but better than Apple's, sadly enough.

looks like i snapped it correctly now. it seems like the gap is actually not in there,
Which Create are you referring to? The keyboard version or the folio?

the keyboard, there is actually a folio you are right.

i started loving this keyboard now. i know when you put the ipad you have to snap in not to slide. after snapping in there will be a gap. all you have to do is push it until the middle part on top is going to cover the silver bezel. the volume keys will work flawlessly.

now the fun part is removing it, all you have to do is push case bezel on the right side and it will popup easily. DO NOT SLIDE!!!

this case is awesome!

There are two versions of the Logitech create.

I played with both at my local Best Buy last night. They are pretty much identical, other than one has a keyboard and the other doesn't.

Hey, got the Logic Create today. Very nicely built and quality but way too heavy. I also do not like the fact you have to force the iPad in and out.

Same complaints as everyone else, but it's the best so far... Works for me just fine.

so are you guys keeping it over the Apple keyboard? Not got a hand on with one yet...still "processing" my order.
id rather keep it. apple keyboard yes is slim and light. but there is no cover at the back. expensive and no backlit key.

Yes, I will be keeping mine. Covers/protects the whole iPad. Backlit, function keys, etc. I've tried the Apple keyboard, it's nice, but not this nice. Plus this is $20 cheaper, no Apple tax ;)

The case feels good in typing mode but not so good when you put the case to the rear like a book. Let's see how I get on with it.

I picked this up at Best Buy today and love the keyboard. It is very heavy but that's fine for my situation since I work from my home office. If I needed to carry the iPad, I think I would go for the Apple one.

once i saw the logitech it was a no brainer. being that this is my first apple product, i wanted to get the best tool for the job.
compared to the apple one, the logitech had more features, better build quality for less money.

i have no issues carrying around this product in the keyboard thingy.i put it in an amazon basics sleeve and off i go.

this is replacing a google nexus 9 lte tablet.

I think I am going to go with the create after trying both. I won't keep the pro in it all the time and when s reasonably good case and cover come out that is not $79 & $59 like the Apple ones I will get those to use when not using the creat. The apple keyboard while and slim adds another price tag on for protecting the back and has not back lit and I find that more important than slimmness!

The only thing that bothers me is that when using the Create the screen keyboard pops up, there must be a setting for that!

Maybe not I just switched keyboards with the Apple one and the screen keyboard does not pop up!

Pardon my ignorance (im new to Ipads), but i dont see a screen keyboard pop up, but at the bottom i do see three blocks with auto suggesting words. is this what you are speaking of when you mention "screen keyboard"?
