Logitech HD Webcam C 270 on 10.9.2

Tried to use my C270 webcam today first time on 10.9.2 and OS X will not "see" the video but does work on audio!

The 10.9.2 update did break this as the camera worked correctly up to 10.9.1

I cannot find a solution to this one!
