Logitech keyboard iPad Pro 12.9 annoying issues

    Hello guys,

    I just got a Logic case keyboard with smart connector for iPad Pro 12.9 and every time I connect it to my iPad it keeps prompting me for an update and when I select "update" the keyboard stops working. Do you have the same problem? How can I check the keyboard update status?

    Had the keyboard and iPad Pro since launch and never had that issue.

    Is your iPad used? What update is it asking?

    Factory reset?

    My iPad is brand new as well as the keyboard. I havent tried to factory reset just because of that. I think I will be returning the keyboard.

    Yes I would definitely return it for a replacement. I used one and thought it was awesome.

    THat sounds like a defective keyboard. I got one a few weeks ago and I had to do a firmware update - took less than a minute and it's been awesome. I haven't gone back to my ASK or even thought about it. I love the shortcut keys.
