Logitech Mouse Problems

In the past couple days, my mouse has given me problems. I have the logitech m1000. It has been lagging, similarly to when the base station is starting to get out of reach. It is not happening all the time, but what could this be from?

Had the same issue at work. Called up logitech, (told them it didn't turn on at all, BS them a little to save yourself a lot of time) read them all the numbers off the bottom and in a week they sent me a brand new mouse and didn't want my old one back 🙂, which now sits over in the corner on the server. Most of their products have a 3-5 year warranty.
