This week I bought the Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard folio case for my iPad Air, hoping to use it for note taking. I read a lot of reviews and it sounded like this one was a favorite. After getting it home, I find it hard to believe I'm using the same product as these other users. There is no ridge at the bottom to keep the iPad in place, and the whole setup is really wobbly. When I touch the iPad to open an app it feels like it's about to tumble. It takes only the slightest bump for the iPad to fall out of place. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there something I'm missing here?

I returned mine for the same reasons. Logitech rushed this and the ultra thin keyboard to market, and they're both junk.

Is the ipad upside down?

The ipad must be loaded with the button at the right. Otherwise the magnet does not hold it in the small ridge. If you have it loaded correctly, the magnet works very well (or it should).

Typing on it right now!
