Logitech Z 5500s going bye bye?

I can't seem to find these in stock ANYWHERE online except for on Logitech.com. The places you can find them are back ordered up to 6 weeks!

Are they being replaced soon? As they did come out in 2004...

Yeah, seems odd, I have 2 sets of them for 2 home theater setups and they work great. For my computer though, I use the Harmon/Kardon soundsticks. I had a 5.1 setup but I found myself not really using it.
