Logmein help

Every time I try to connect I get an error that says:

500 Server Error (0x45d)

remctrl.html
System error: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error. (1117)

I have deleted and reinstalled on the machine I am trying to connect to.

Any suggestions?

Been this way for two months now.

First link did not work. Second link has no solution, just other saying they are having the issue, other than stopping and starting which I did.
