Logmein help

    Every time I try to connect I get an error that says:

    500 Server Error (0x45d)

    remctrl.html
    System error: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error. (1117)

    I have deleted and reinstalled on the machine I am trying to connect to.

    Any suggestions?

    Been this way for two months now.

    The first thread said the same thing, stopping/starting - it was the last post in that thread.
