I downloaded this app a while ago just to see what it was like to control my Mac on my iPad. I deleted the app on my iPad and on my Mac completely but the icon still shows up on my menu bar. It's not a huge deal but it's annoys me. Can someone please help me out?

The most effective method for complete app removal is manual deletion:

I prefer TeamViewer, which is free for personal use and works with Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, Ubuntu, iPhone, iPad, etc. It's very secure and quite simple to set up and use (no messing around with ports), which comes in handy if providing remote support to those who aren't very computer literate. You can talk them through the setup on their end and be connected to them in less than a minute. I prefer it over LogMeIn because it includes free file transfers between computers, a feature I use frequently.

Same here. I would be interested in knowing why (sic) "it is not worthy the trouble".

Worth is always highly subjective. LogMeIn is certainly worth the "trouble" (haven't experienced any myself) to me. As with any subjective matter, YMMV. It would help others if you would explain why you think it's not worth the trouble so they can determine if your reasons are relevant to them or not.
