At my parent's house, sprint has a tower within a quarter mile and they do really well there. Where I live, the only cellphones that work are Verizon. Having had 3 coworkers on sprint - yeah, it has some fast spots but most spots are just horrid. Can't count the number of times they'd go to pull up a webpage on their phones during lunch and several mins later they'd still be trying to load the page while I'd have near max reception with LTE. Sprint has gotten better but still doesn't come close to Verizon. -- 2 hours north east of Los Angeles.

Sprint will try anything to get its good customers back. I've been getting email after email and gotten a few flyers in the mail...

Sprint's desperate attempt when all they had to do was treat us right in the first place

I think they are desperate as I have not used Spint in 15 years and I constantly get flyers in the mail.

No thanks, Sprint, still a bad taste in my mouth.

Agree 100%. Sprint did me really really dirty when I was leaving them that I'm still fighting with them over it. It's almost ridiculous the wither treat there customers.

Now with T-Mobile I honestly feel free. Phone payments are cheaper and my bill is much cheaper. I honestly don't understand why I didn't switch sooner then I did ...

However I'll never be completely free of sprint ... I have a company issued Galaxy S7 that is on the sprint network.

Inertia. Same reason we stuck with them for longer than we should have.

I thought the cost of switching was preventing us. And yes, we had to pony up some down payments which we would not have been able to do earlier, but had I bothered to really find out about them before we actually switched I would have eaten cheap phones for a while just to have what we have now.

We have double the lines we had with Sprint, two of those lines are free, two give my tablets 4GBs more a month at the same price Sprint was charging me for 1GB per month and the customer service has been great.

And to top it all off, my Simple Choice plan is grandfathered, LOL!

It's sooooo funny. Been with TMobile a little over a year now and we are on a grandfathered plan lol. Was with Sprint for 15 years and they kept trying to feed me bill of WHY I HAD TO SWITCH MY PLAN... there is not a day that goes by that I miss sprint one bit... it's a nightmare that I cannot forget.

God I don't know why I gave them so much of my time and money, but looking back at it ... it was a learning experience and makes me realize how perfect T-Mobile actually is ...

I don't get your speeds, but I am quite happy with what I average (below, a speed test off my 4G/LTE CellSpot.

I will take this any day over the average on Sprint from wayback when (it hasn't improved much since).

This is of course just me experience but right now I'm fine with Sprint.

Those speeds are good. However Sprint's only issue is that they can't carry this through the whole country.

If they could then they would be a great cell phone company. That on top of the customer service they have

Well If you live in a bad sprint area than of course switch or don't get them, but if you are in a good market than it's fine. I traveled to Miami, Boston and Philadelphia and I get good speeds.
