Obviously I meant that people calling as a noise nuisance is a non-issue in the context of this discussion here. Nobody in their right mind would use that as an argument to not roll out mobile cell reception.

I politely suggest you re-read the post you replied to. It didn't discuss noise nuisance, rather the issue of unusability due to environmental noise (not other users).
