Long booting up to Windows 7? Black screen with '_'

Hey Forum!
Why is it that now after i install windows 7 via boot camp, now eveytime when i wanted to boot to windows the black screen with a flashing '_' at the top left hand corner flash for very long, like around 2 mins?

If my memory serves me right, i read somewhere here that, the cause for it must be some kind of activation crack in use hence when you start W7 via bootcamp you will encounter a long startup time. But i could be wrong on this!

Search for blank screen cursor. There are many reasons for it and many ways around it. I'll try to find the link and post it here in an edit.

OEM copies often do this (mine does) which is why Apple doesn't recommend them but they do work.
