Long Emails, Quick Scroll?

Because of the small screen and unformatted text/html, some of my emails are very long. Does anyone know if there's a way to quickly scroll to the bottom of an email and vice-versa? Emails really don't play nice with the watch, Apple really needs to work on that.

Not that I know of. If you scroll to the top with your finger you can dismiss (only works with the finger tho).

It would be useful if I could force touch and clear the email without going right to the bottom.

As it stands I flick up to dismiss, then have to go to dismiss the notification.
