Long pause accessing All Photos

Just installed iOS Beta 5 last night - there's now a long delay/pause when trying to access the All Photos gallery. Is it doing some indexing in the back end or is this abnormal behavior for this beta? I'm on an iPhone 5S.
 
Have you enabled iCloud Photo Library? I've definitely seen some long pauses in the photo app as it's syncing with IPL.
