How long has this menu been here? I was going to delete chrome on my iPad and right before they start wiggling this menu shows up. I only comes up with Chrome, Books and File app. Haven’t really seen or heard about it. Running 12.1 on iPad Pro 10.5”

I think it has been expanded a bit, i am noticing menus on VLC, and a few other applications that support local file storage.
