I’ve decided to try placing my “good” (lol) 3GS running iOS 3 in the garage for a music streaming device but found that VLC needs at least iOS 9 to install. Does anyone know of a good player that will stream a URL radio station that will install on iOS 3? Safari seems to, sooner or later, stop playing so thought I’d ask here. Thanks!

8Player has been my go to for over a decade now, it’s essentially the VLC of iOS and as well as working with local files it can also DLNA cast and receive as well as connect to most network shares over SMB, AFP, FTP and WebDAV

Will try that, thanks!
