long shot to find this OS or hardware

Few days ago I saw this post I think on FaceBook.
It showed a screnshot of a wooden deck an ocean and the software version was .5 or .06 or something like that.

I thought it was OSXLatitude but I went to that page and that info is not there.

Ideas?
