Long shut down time

I have the 2012 13" MBA and for some reason it takes a lot longer to shut down than boot up. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes. It is a known problem with Mountain Lion.

My MBP with an M4 takes longer to shut down (twice as long: 16 seconds) than it does to start up (8 seconds).

same with my old 2007 MBP and new rMBP. Hope they will fix with next OSX?
