No I don't, in all honesty, I didn't even realise that there was a diagnostics built in.

Turn off the MBPro (shutdown, not sleep). Turn it on and once you've pressed the power button immediately hold the D key. Keep holding it until the diagnostic tool starts. If the MacBook boots normally you may have been too slow with the D key.

It will run a diagnostic and let you know the results.
