    Hey folks,

I usually ended up with about 40% of battery life on my iPhone 6s and iOS 9.3.x.
Since updating to iOS 10 GM, I noticed that I also end up at about 40% battery life at the end of the day, but charging it up to 100% takes a lot longer.

The usual charging time that I've always used before going to bed, brought the phone back to 100% on iOS 9.3.x.
Now on iOS 10 I end up at the at the same amount of time at about 94 or 98%.
To get back to hundred percent, I have to plug in the phone a lot earlier.

    Does anyone else notice this?
    Best regards,

I think I am dealing with the same thing... Seems a little longer to charge.

Battery conditioning and it doing things like use the CPU to identify faces in pictures when locked and charging might be partly it.

I'm having major issues with this on my iPad Air 2 and Mini 4. Took me 2 hours to charge from 50% to 60% on both tablets.

iOS 10 has done MAJOR damage to battery life. It takes too long to charge and the battery drains twice as fast.

I'm noticed yesterday that when I went to charge my 6s plus, it was at 50% it was taking a very long time to get to 100%. It actually stayed around 98/99% for awhile. I had to time to waste so I just sat and waited. I'm curious tonight to see how my iPad mini 2 charges.

Same here, there's no question that it takes longer to charge.

I can confirm that. iPhone SE. Probably it's connected with people recognizing in photo albums but I am not sure.
