Which issue is it? I have a file cabinet full of my copies of MacAddict. If we get cold and snowed in again it would be fun to look at them.

I remember the first issue. And yes, the CDs had all the good software.

Jan 1998. Wish I has bought some stock back then. But I was in my early 20s and didn't know anything about the stock market at the time.

MacAddict started out great, and for a little while the free spirit of the letters section was fun, but it got to the point of dragging the whole thing down with it.

I didn't renew the subscription after a couple years because of it. The current rendition, of what became of it, just sucks in a wannabee fashion.

I remember those things. I have a box of old CDs and a few of them are in there along with MOVIEDVD and some other CD/CDRoms from over 10 years ago. One day I'm going to have to go through all that stuff.
