Yep. Spot on. Turns out that number is the day they were released to the public. I noticed as I took a look back at the past. Matched up the numbers with the archives of firmware releases on Mac Rumors. Also guys, this link is for iPod touch and not iPhone!!!! Sorry Ha ha
