I Already tried google and most of the games it showed me there were pretty dumb.

DOFUS is the only one I can recall coming across that didn't look hideous or outdated. Art direction's exceptionally attractive too. I have it installed. Just haven't made the time to try it out. So many other games!

No, I don't really care about Hardware limit, Basically every computer can run a 2D Game. And yeah the game was pretty weird i just didn't understand what to do there. I'm looking for games like Maplestory or WonderKing.
