I second Loseit. The website is nice to use as well, and the forum has helpful people, generally speaking. It's free. I lost 35 lbs using it. Be sure to understand that Loseit will let you do stupid things, like eat less than 1200 calories a day, if you set your goal too aggressively. This usually pops up with people setting it to lose 2.0 a week when they only need to lose 10 or 15 lbs. Read the FAQ on the website.
