Looking for a good contacts app

I am not going to go into the reasoning, but Address Book, Thunderbird, and Entourage are all out of the question. If anyone knows of a good, free contacts app THAT SYNCS TO GOOGLE CONTACTS, please let me know. Thank you

Why do those other three fall short? It's pointless to recommend something when you don't tell us why those various apps are "out of the question."

I agree. Too many times, people elect not to use an app because they are unfamiliar with its capabilities.

Address Book does the job. Why not use it?

Address book: Does not properly sync with Google Contacts
Thunderbird: I use a school computer, and it is on the application blacklist
Entourage: Costs $

You don't see it on your Menu Bar?

It's in the Menu Bar, though I had to look for it too for a while.
It looks like one of those fancy roundabouts.
