Looking for a good Monitor

I am looking at getting a monitor to do console gaming, and photoshop with my mac.

I am looking at 20"-24", 1080p, with hdmi input and priced around $200

any help would be great, i have noticed some monitors are 16:10 versus 16:9, whats the difference?

16:10 = Resolutions like 1680x1050 and 1920x1200
16:9 = Resolutions like 1600x900 and 1920x1080

I have found that BenQ is a really great monitor and may be around the price point you're looking for.
