Hey all I am in need of a CHEAP ipod something like a mini or nano. I know i can go to ebay but is there any other places? It's just that ebay you never know, i bought a krzr phone and it came to me all crapped up and the person had great feedback. I would normally come here to the classifieds but with the new rules in place i have to look elsewhere. So any advice is greatly appreciated. :D

    have you considered a shuffle?

for any iPod, check Amazon.com, the Apple refurb store, friends and family who may want to trade up after the next model is released (supposedly soon).

don't be so quick to dismiss eBay, either. sure there are always instances where things don't go exactly as planned, but there are thousands of transactions everyday that leave all parties satisfied.

honestly i'd rather walk down the street going old school with a portable cd player than get a shuffle, those are a waste of money. I was actually hoping to score a mini for around $40-50. i will check out those sites, and if all else fails i suppose ebay.

i wouldn't offer more than $30 for an iPod mini and even then it would have to be in great condition.

Minis are old enough to be prone to issues with cable and connector degradation when you get in there to swap a battery so $30 is reasonable (meaning based on the amount you *may* have to spend on a battery/parts replacement).

    where to buy IPod

Hi I've been looking at a new website. Their prices seem to be pretty good.
I think they have IPod Nanos on there. Try it its e-auctionalternative.com.
I have been looking at different things for kids for school.

See that's what i thought when i first started looking, i figured i could get a mini for real cheap but on ebay they are all around 40 without shipping. I finally got one, not my family members but one on ebay, it's a 4gb nano 1st gen for 40 shipped. so i thank all of you for helping out.
