Been using NewsRack on my iPhone and iPad and really would like to find one for my MacBook Pro. I want something that works well and looks decent, but my main request is one that supports google reader syncing. MacUpdate search is down or i'd just go hunting for one myself.

Thanks in advance if yah got anything.

Methinks you haven't searched these forums yet, but I'll take the bait...

I've heard Gruml gets better by the day, but I've not used it.

I just searched and found this thread as I've been considering this as well.
I've been using NetNewsWire in OS X (syncing with Google Reader). Mainly Reeder on my iPad, but also NewsRack, Pulse, & Early Edition.
I'm going to give Gruml a try now.

Why not just use Google Reader? Use Fluid to set it as a desktop app and it works almost like any normal application.

Can you save to Instapaper, save to Delicious, and email an article if you are using Fluid?
