Looking for a good Sleep App for Mac

Does anyone know of any good Mac appliaction that plays ambient sounds or noises that help you fall asleep? Ive been trying to find one for Mac but all i could find was a bunch of them for Ipod/Iphone/Ipad.

And no playing music of Itunes on a timer isnt a choice for me because i doubt i could fall asleep listening to Metallica 🙂.

I heard Pzizz mentioned on one of Leo Laporte's shows a couple times. Never tried it myself. For $59 it should give you a backrub along with making noise. 😀
